FRIENDS,

     We once again come to you to ask for your help in a matter of an urgent nature. On Sunday Morning a mentally ill patient by the name of Chevy Eaves was under what is known as an OPC (Order of Protective Custody) placed by a family member. Chevy was being transported by Acadian Ambulance from the Allen Parish Hospital in Kinder to a Mental care facility in Alexandria, La. Eaves became nervous and was able to jump from the ambulance and escaped the custody of the paramedics, while in transport. Mr. Eaves was last seen in the woods behind Tractor Supply in Oakdale, La. Chevy is wearing a red shirt with gray sweat pants, and no shoes. If you see this person DO NOT approach him.
