Allen Parish Sheriff's Office 9-1-1 Communications Center  is soliciting bid proposals from qualified suppliers with expertise in communications systems for upgrade to existing Zetron Max Call Taking 6 server system with the 4 server Zetron Max Call Taking NG911 Ready Public Safety Answering point solution.  The identified requirements focus on replacing the 6 server system with the upgraded 4 server NG911 Max Call Taking system to support NG911 functionality including ESInet interface, text to 911, and RapidSOS integration.  The bidder will be responsible for the complete supply and installation to the existing installed equipment.

In order to be considered, bid proposals must be received by 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, May 27, 2020.

Allen Parish Sheriff's Office reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals, to waive information and award as it might elect.  All bid proposals should be sealed and identified on the outside: Response to Request for Bid Proposal - 911 Upgrade.

Bids must be received by the date and time specified. Any proposal received after the date and time specified will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn any time prior to the closing time scheduled for receipt.
