OAKDALE: On August 14, 2017, narcotics officers with the Allen Parish Sheriff's Department received information on Andrea Michelle Willis using/ selling crystal methamphetamine across from from 207 W. Beck Avenue in Oakdale. During the investigation and surveillance at that location, Officers identified known meth users going to the location during the afternoon and night time hours.

On August 16, 2017, APSO narcotics officers made contact with Willis a short distance from her home and discovered Willis was in possession of more than 40 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine packaged in bulk/street sales packaging. A search of the Willis's residence turned up meth Paraphernalia, crystal meth and digital scales with suspected meth residue.
