"A HOMELESS SEX OFFENDER HAS MOVED WITHIN OUR PARISH"

             According to 542.1.1.  A sex offenders who does not have a fixed place of residence, or who is homeless, shall renew and update his registration with the sheriff of the parish in which he is homeless, or is living without a fixed residence, in person every fourteen days from the date on which the offender initially appeared to register with the sheriff office of that parish pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter.
